Conclusion of agreement:
When you have placed an order on dorschhome.com.au, you will automatically receive an e-mail stating which items you have ordered. This email is only an electronic receipt that we have received your order.

Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made in Dorsch’s webshop. Private individuals and traders can shop in Dorsch’s webshop. All agreements are entered into in Danish. In case of delays, backorders or sold out items, we strive to inform you as soon as possible and what we can do about it.

Procedure for purchases on dorshhome.com.au
Items are selected for the shopping cart by clicking the ADD BASKET button. Selected items can subsequently be removed from the shopping cart. The purchase is completed by clicking on GO TO BOX, accepting Dorsch’s webshop terms and conditions and completing the payment.

After the payment is completed, a page containing the receipt for the completed purchase is displayed. A copy of this receipt will be sent to the e-mail address provided.

Prices

All prices are stated in Australian Dollars, including GST, but excluding shipping and fees.
It is the price of the item at the time of purchase that the customer must pay.
The shipping price depends on the items ordered, the shipping price will always appear on your shopping cart.

Price error

If a price is manifestly incorrect and you reasonably should have discovered this, we are not obligated to supply the product in question at the wrong price.

Payment

In dorshhome.com.au, the following – issued in Denmark – payment and credit cards can be used: VISA-Dankort, MobilePay, Mastercard, Visa and Visa Electron cards.
No fee is charged for payment on dorschhome.com.au and the amount will be debited when the item is shipped.

Responsibility

Dorshhome’s webshop disclaims any responsibility for customers’ incorrect orders and force majeure. We are only liable as long as it follows from Danish law.

Disclaimer

Delivery

Normal delivery time is 10-12 working days.
If you’re in regional area, it might take 2-3 weeks.
Any delivery costs are stated in the order confirmation in a separate field. If there are special precautions regarding delivery, they are written in the comments field when ordering.
We use Post Nord to deliver parcels. You can choose between delivery without or with delivery.
Delivery in Denmark, but not to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and non-bridged islands. However, an agreement on delivery can be made. If you want such an agreement, contact customer service at [email protected] or +61 422296244 before placing an order.

On arrival of your parcel, please check your items for damages caused by shipping.
In case you find any issue, please take a photo for the item in the box , photo of the sticker on the parcel 📦 and contact us immediately on email or whatsapp.
Failing to do this within the first 5 days of the delivery, our insurance company won’t be cover the damage.

Warranty

All our electrical products are under 2 years warranty

If on arrival, Dorsch will make sure that spare/replaced items on their expenses

If under warranty (electrical), customer to ship product back to Dorsch for fixing, otherwise, Dorsch can send “free” the electrical spare part required.

All non-Electrical products have on-arrival warranty,

In case of “on arrival” Damage, customer needs to:

1- take a photo of the parcel during unpacking

2- take a photo of the shipment label on the box

3- take a photo of the damaged product

Our products’ logisitcs is insured only 10 days of arrival (10 days from elivery date), if 11 passes from delivery date, refund /return is not acceptable, as it’s not insured

In case abnormal functional damage shows up after 12 days, we look into that case-by-case.

We had a lot of customers who received pots with lid crashed on arrival, Others received it with broken handle or got it broken after many months, we cover this for sure, as long as we have the spare part – (we always keeps lids or other spares)

Dorsch will charge for transporting the spare (6 up to 10$ max) , or it can be shipped free with customer new order.

Right of withdrawal

In case of customer wishing to cancel or return, the customer is responsible to ship the products in safe manner and with the same received condition “new as received”

Dorsch will only refund product or order when product is delivered to return address and inspected

Undoing part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.

Lack of original packaging may possibly constitute an impairment, so to be sure of being able to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in original packaging. Do not affix labels or write directly on the manufacturer’s sales packaging. This must be done on the freight packaging. You are responsible for the accidental downfall of the item and possibly damages incurred in connection with the return.

You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return of the goods.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we have received notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal. We will make such payment using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
Please note that we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods returned.

Refund of the purchase amount

We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof of having returned it.

No right of withdrawal

These agreements cannot be undone:

Delivery of goods which are likely to deteriorate or become obsolete rapidly,

Delivery of sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery,

Complaint

As a consumer, you have a 24 month right to make a complaint – possibly. limited by expiration date – also applies to second-hand goods and procured goods. You must complain within a reasonable time, which is within 2 months after you have found the error or defect.

We reserve the right to remedy a defect / replace with an undamaged item rather than pay the purchase price back. Ie. your item will be repaired or you will receive a new item as a replacement for the one complained about, if your complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

Upon receipt of the item, we recommend that you quickly examine it to ensure that it is in accordance with the ordered. Possibly. Defects must be assessed in accordance with the rules of the Sale of Goods Act.

If you find a defect in an item, you must complain to www.dorschhome.com.au within a reasonable time after you have discovered it. If you complain within two months after you have discovered the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.
