Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking details included.

Our fulfillment and shipping can experience potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control during special holidays, widespread sale events, or acts of God.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping Charges are calculated based on weight, volume, Geography, express for urgency.

Estimated delivery time is 2 to 12 business days, subject to states or if it's regional suburb.

Free standard shipping on orders over $600 with Sendle - (Leave at Front Door)

We provide you with options for shipping methods, please choose your convenient ones:

  • Leave at front Door (Sendle) - we recommend this one if it's safe area to leave parcel
  • Signature on Delivery (Australia Post) - we recommend this one if risky area/street so it doesn't get stolen. 
  • Express Delivery - (Australia Post Express)
  • Pickup option - available from our store located in Craigieburn 3064


After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions and map location.

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at:

  • Dorsch Home - 25 Royal Terrace, Craigieburn, 3064 Victoria. (9:00am to 5:00pm)

We offer international shipping to almost every country. At this time, we do not ship to:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Crimea, Cuba, Dominica, Fiji, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Haiti, Honduras, Iran, Libya, Martinique, New Caledonia, Nicaragua, North Korea, Papua New Guinea, Réunion, Russia, Samoa, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Tonga, Tuvalu, Ukraine, Vanuatu, Yemen.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Dorsch Home is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
