Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and Public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking details included.
Our fulfillment and shipping can experience potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control during special holidays, widespread sale events, peak seasons or acts of God.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping Charges are calculated based on weight, volume, Geography, express for urgency.
Estimated delivery time is 4 to 12 business days, subject to states.
Estimated deliveries for regional suburb and WA might take 5 - 20 business days.
Free standard shipping on orders over $175 with Leave at Front Door
We provide you with options for shipping methods, please choose your convenient ones:
- Leave at front Door (Sendle/Courier Pls/Aramex) - we recommend this one if it's safe area to leave parcel
- Signature on Delivery (Australia Post) - we recommend this one if risky area/street so it doesn't get stolen.
- Express Delivery - (Australia Post Express)

“Leave at front Door”
By selecting "Leave at Front door" at checkout, you authorize our courier to leave the parcel at your delivery address without a signature.
• Risk Transfer: Once the courier scans the parcel as "Delivered," the responsibility for the goods passes to the customer. Dorsch AU is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels resulting from this delivery choice.
Reporting Window
We strive for a seamless delivery experience; however, if there is an issue with your delivery:
• 2-Day Limit: Any discrepancies, missing items, or non-delivery claims must be reported to Dorsch AU within 2 business days of the "Delivered" status notification.
• Late Claims: Claims made after this 2-day window—and specifically claims made several weeks or months after the delivery date—cannot be investigated or reimbursed, as courier tracking data and security footage often become unavailable.
“Pickup option”
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions and map location.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

We offer international shipping to almost every country. At this time, we do not ship to:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Crimea, Cuba, Dominica, Fiji, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Haiti, Honduras, Iran, Libya, Martinique, New Caledonia, Nicaragua, North Korea, Papua New Guinea, Réunion, Russia, Samoa, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Tonga, Tuvalu, Ukraine, Vanuatu, Yemen.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Dorsch Home is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Dorsch will repair and ship it back to customer under Dorsch Expense
Shipping Warranty:
Dorsch warranty does not cover minor wear and tear;
Dorsch warranty does not cover cosmetic damage which does not impair the functionality of the product, including minor “microscopic” scratches, dents, dings, minor paint chips.
Dorsch warranty does not cover Minor imperfections, surface markings as a result of shipping, and slight color variations are normal and are also not covered by this warranty.
Products purchased from Dorschhome.com.au may be returned if unused and otherwise subject to the terms of Dorsch Home’ s return policy, or please contact us regarding return policy.
