Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made in Dorsch’s webshop. Private individuals and traders can shop in Dorsch’s webshop.  In case of delays, backorders or sold out items, we strive to inform you as soon as possible and what we can do about it.

Procedure for purchases on dorshhome.com.au
Items are selected for the shopping cart by clicking the ADD BASKET button. Selected items can subsequently be removed from the shopping cart. The purchase is completed by clicking on GO TO BOX, accepting Dorsch’s webshop terms and conditions and completing the payment.

After the payment is completed, a page containing the receipt for the completed purchase is displayed. A copy of this receipt will be sent to the e-mail address provided.

Prices

All prices are stated in Australian Dollars, including GST, but excluding shipping and fees.
It is the price of the item at the time of purchase that the customer must pay.
The shipping price depends on the items ordered, the shipping price will always appear on your shopping cart.

We do not offer price matching with other Dorsch products suppliers in Australia

Price error

If a price is manifestly incorrect and you reasonably should have discovered this, we are not obligated to supply the product in question at the wrong price.

Sizes

Dorsch product Round Pots and Pans sizes are measured from top of the product and from edge to edge in cm 

Discounts and Promotions

All discounts and promotional offers, including but not limited to sale prices and coupon codes, are valid for new orders placed during the specified promotion period only. They cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders. No adjustments will be made to past purchase prices to reflect current sale prices

Payment

In dorshhome.com.au, the following – issued in Australia– payments and credit cards can be used: Visa, Mastercard, Visa cards, PayPal, AfterPay, Zip.
No fee is charged for payment on dorschhome.com.au and the amount will be debited when the item is shipped.

Responsibility

Dorsch home’s webshop disclaims any responsibility for customers’ incorrect orders and force majeure. We are only liable as long as it follows from Australian law.

 

Delivery

Normal delivery time is 4 -12 working days.
Deliveries to regional areas or WA are subject for 4 extra business days delay.
Any delivery costs are stated in the order confirmation in a separate field. If there are special precautions regarding delivery, they are written in the comments field when ordering.

We use Courier please, Aramex, Sendle or Australia Post to deliver parcels. You can choose between delivery or Pickup.

Warranty

All our electrical products are under 2 years warranty, 

Non-Electrical items have ON-Arrival warranty.

Our warranty coverage applies only within the specified period from the date of purchase, and products must be in their original unused condition to qualify for a return or exchange.

Right of withdrawal

In case of customer wishing to cancel or return, before using the product, the customer is responsible to ship the products in safe manner and with the same received condition “new as received”

Dorsch will only refund product or order when product "unused" is returned and inspected to address 19 Duffy Street Epping 3076 Victoria Australia .

Undoing part of the purchase:

  • If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.
  • Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
  • Shipping the return item(s) is on customer expense
  • Lack of original packaging may possibly constitute an impairment, so to be sure of being able to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in original packaging.
  • Do not affix labels or write directly on the manufacturer’s sales packaging. This must be done on the freight packaging.
  • You are responsible for the accidental downfall of the item and possibly damages incurred in connection with the return.
  • You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return of the goods.


If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we have received notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Please note that we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods returned.

We will make such payment using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. In other words, you can check the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.

If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value. Possibly. Impairment of the item will be deducted from the refund.

We do not receive packages without delivery or packages sent by post.

Upon receipt of the item, the buyer is advised to check for any freight damage and number. Control of goods, including correct size, color, model, etc. should be made as soon as possible after receipt and before installation.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, and order is not shipped, you will get all your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer).

If you regret your purchase, and order is already shipped, you have no later than 12 days from the day of the receipt your package that you want to cancel/return the order.

We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise, Payment excluding delivery costs.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, & you must send us proof of return (tracking receipt/number/link).

These agreements cannot be undone:

Delivery of goods which are likely to deteriorate or become obsolete rapidly,

Delivery of sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery,

Returns / change of mind later than date

At Dorsch Home Australia, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products.

However, please note that returns for items that have been used or have exceeded the warranty period will not be accepted. 
If a product has been used we are unable to offer a refund or replacement, we will repair functional defects if on warranty. 

If the warranty period has expired, no repair or replacement is available.

Complaint

As a consumer, you have a 24 month right to make a complaint – possibly. limited by expiration date – also applies to second-hand goods and procured goods. You must complain within a reasonable time, which is within 2 weeks of finding the error or defect.

We reserve the right to remedy a defect / replace with an undamaged item rather than pay the purchase price back. Ie. your item will be repaired or you will receive a new item as a replacement for the one complained about, if your complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

Upon receipt of the item, we recommend that you quickly examine it to ensure that it is in accordance with the ordered. Possibly. Defects must be assessed in accordance with the rules of the Sale of Goods Act.

If you find a defect in an item, you must complain to hello@dorschhome.com.au within a reasonable time after you have discovered it. If you complain within two weeks after you have discovered the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.

If the complaint is justified, www.dorschhome.com.au will reimburse reasonable shipping costs that you may have in connection with the return of the item. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

It is important that you are careful to pass on this information to us so that we can help you in the best possible way.
If an item is found to be defective upon delivery, we recommend using the original packaging for the return shipment. In addition, we recommend that the sales packaging is included.

Please avoid sticking labels or writing directly on the sales packaging, but use the shipping packaging for this.
We do not receive packages without delivery or packages sent by post. cash on delivery.

Coupons:

Dorsch won’t allow the use of 2 coupons simultaneously and Dorsch will have the right to cancel and refund the order.

Disclaimer

Don’t stock food in pots or pans in your fridge over-night(s)

To avoid damaging the ceramic coating, “the non-stick layer”, We recommend using some oil/grease when cooking.

Always use low heat when product is empty or food is mostly cooked.

It’s not dishwasher safe for ceramic products.

Conclusion of agreement:

When you have placed an order on dorschhome.com.au, you will automatically receive an e-mail stating which items you have ordered. This email is only an electronic receipt that we have received your order.
