Disclaimer:
To avoid damaging the ceramic coating, “the non-stick layer”:

• Don’t stock food in pots or pans in your fridge over-night(s)
• We recommend using some oil/grease when cooking.
• Always use low heat when pre-heating or food is mostly cooked.
• It’s not dishwasher safe

Use:

• Oven safe up to 450°F.
• Before first use, hand-wash the pans in warm water with mild dishwashing soap.
• Due to this bakeware's heat efficiency, we suggest monitoring the oven temperature and baking time for the first few uses, then making adjustments to recipes as necessary.
• Do not cut baked goods while they are in the pan.

Care:

• Hand-wash and dry thoroughly.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners such as metal scouring pads, as they can damage the surface.
• A soft sponge or kitchen brush will remove baked-on food particles. You may need to scrub lightly.
